- Supported student success by providing guidance to students regarding course policies, crafting student communications, and coordinating space for student work sessions.
- Created a question bank of midterm and final exams from 2011-2019 to enable instructors to quickly create new assessments as needed.

Worked on a 4-person team performing data analysis on an opioid dataset from CIHI to provide insights on Canada's current opioid crisis. Online, November 2019.
